Executive Lab Panel
The most comprehensive wellness blood panel available in Miami. Over 30 biomarkers that reveal the complete picture of your hormonal, metabolic, and overall health — not just the basics your doctor checks at an annual physical.
Why "Normal" Lab Results Aren't Good Enough
If you've ever been told your labs are "normal" but you still feel exhausted, foggy, or like something is off — you're not imagining it. Standard lab reference ranges are based on population averages, including people who are already sick. "Normal" simply means you're not in the disease range. It tells you nothing about whether you're optimized.
Our Executive Lab Panel goes beyond screening for disease. We measure the biomarkers that determine how well your body is actually performing — and where it's silently declining before symptoms become severe.
Complete Hormone Panel
Total & Free Testosterone
The most critical marker for men's vitality; also essential for women's energy, libido, and body composition. Free testosterone is what your body can actually use.
Estradiol (E2)
Primary estrogen. Essential for women's health and must be monitored in men on TRT — testosterone can convert to estrogen via aromatization.
Progesterone
Critical for sleep quality, anxiety regulation, and endometrial protection in women. Often overlooked in standard panels.
DHEA-Sulfate
Adrenal precursor hormone that reflects stress response and adrenal function. Declines significantly with age.
SHBG
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin — determines how much of your total testosterone is actually bioavailable vs. bound and inactive. Learn why this marker matters in our guide to SHBG and hormonal health.
Cortisol
The stress hormone. Chronically elevated cortisol suppresses testosterone, thyroid function, and immune response.
Full Thyroid Panel
Most doctors only test TSH. That's like checking only the thermostat without measuring the actual temperature. We run the complete thyroid panel:
TSH
Pituitary signal to the thyroid. Important but insufficient alone.
Free T3
The active thyroid hormone your cells actually use for metabolism and energy.
Free T4
Storage form that converts to T3. Low conversion = symptoms despite "normal" TSH.
Many patients with "normal" TSH have suboptimal free T3 — leading to fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, and cold intolerance that goes undiagnosed for years.
Metabolic & General Health
CBC (Complete Blood Count)
Red/white blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit. Critical for monitoring testosterone therapy safety.
CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)
Liver function, kidney function, electrolytes, glucose — a foundational snapshot of organ health.
Lipid Panel
Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides — essential cardiovascular risk markers.
Hemoglobin A1c
3-month average blood sugar. Screens for insulin resistance and pre-diabetes before symptoms appear.
Fasting Insulin
Early indicator of metabolic dysfunction, often elevated years before blood sugar rises. Most doctors never check this.
Vitamin D (25-OH)
Chronically low in most adults. Impacts immune function, mood, bone health, and testosterone production.
hs-CRP (Inflammation)
High-sensitivity C-reactive protein — a key marker of systemic inflammation linked to cardiovascular risk.
PSA (Men)
Prostate-specific antigen. Baseline and ongoing monitoring for prostate health on testosterone therapy.

The Rewind Difference: Optimal, Not Just Normal
When we review your results, we don't just check whether you fall within the reference range. We evaluate where you fall within the optimal range — the levels associated with peak energy, cognitive function, body composition, and longevity. There's a significant difference between a testosterone level of 350 (technically "normal") and 700 (optimal). We treat the patient, not the lab range.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the Executive Lab Panel?
Our Executive Panel includes a complete hormone panel (total/free testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, cortisol), full thyroid panel (TSH, free T3, free T4), metabolic markers (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, fasting insulin), inflammation markers (hs-CRP), vitamin D, liver and kidney function, and PSA for men. It is the most comprehensive wellness blood panel available.
How is this different from what my regular doctor orders?
Most primary care panels include a CBC, basic metabolic panel, and maybe a lipid panel and TSH. Our Executive Panel tests 30+ markers including free testosterone, full thyroid (not just TSH), fasting insulin, DHEA-S, estradiol, cortisol, SHBG, and vitamin D — markers that most doctors don't order but are critical for understanding your hormonal health, metabolic function, and aging trajectory.
Do I need to fast before the blood draw?
Yes. We recommend a 10-12 hour overnight fast for the most accurate results, particularly for glucose, insulin, and lipid markers. Water is fine. Morning draws (before 10am) are ideal, especially for testosterone which peaks in the morning.
How often should I get the Executive Panel?
For new patients: at baseline before starting any treatment. For patients on hormone therapy or weight loss protocols: 6-8 weeks after starting, then every 3-6 months. For general wellness monitoring: annually at minimum.
Does insurance cover the Executive Lab Panel?
Many individual tests within the panel may be covered by insurance depending on medical indication and your specific plan. We can discuss coverage during your consultation. Some patients prefer to pay out-of-pocket for the full panel to avoid limitations on which markers their insurer will approve.
How long does it take to get results?
Most results are available within 5-7 business days. We schedule a dedicated results review appointment to walk you through every marker, explain what's optimal (not just 'normal'), and discuss any recommended interventions.
