At your appointment time, you'll connect via a HIPAA-compliant video platform — no special software required, just a link in your email. Your provider will review your intake forms, discuss your symptoms in detail, and explain the diagnostic approach. This conversation typically runs 30-45 minutes. Your provider will order comprehensive bloodwork tailored to your symptoms and goals.
Step 3: Lab Work at a Facility Near You
We send a lab order to your email that you take to any Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp location in Florida. Both networks have hundreds of draw stations statewide — most patients have one within a short drive. Walk-ins are usually accepted, or you can schedule an appointment for a specific time. Fasting labs require nothing more than skipping breakfast. The process takes about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Results Review and Protocol Design
Lab results typically return in 3-5 business days. We schedule a follow-up video call where your provider walks through every result, explains what's optimal versus just "normal," and presents your treatment options. Together, you build a personalized protocol. Nothing is prescribed until you have complete information and give the go-ahead.
Step 5: Medication Delivery
Prescription medications ship directly from our partnered pharmacies to your Florida address. Most shipments arrive within 2-5 business days.
